Tangent: One time Bear McCreary saved my life! Or his soundtrack did. I was in a parking lot tooling around as usual when the music got all tense and quiet. I was like, what’s gonna happen, music? Why you gotta go establishing dramatic tension like that? All of a sudden, BAM CRESCENDO and I was like SHIT DANGER and my adrenaline was like SHIT REALLY so I got real alert and it turns out there had been a car coming from a blind spot! So I stopped and AVOIDED ALMOST CERTAIN INSURANCE PAPERWORK.
Okay so that’s not exactly like cheating death
but it’s was still pretty polite of the music to warn me like that
