What do you think your ideal (or close to ideal) character would be like?. Whether you have criteria for looks, personality, uh, feelings, archetype or the entire whole total big ole gestalt, it doesn’t matter. Vague or specific doesn’t matter either. “Exists within story” or “Has definable qualities” is good enough if that’s what your favorite common denominator is. I’m just interested in the different types of characters different people like to see TONS OF LOTS.
I said this on twitter earlier so I’ll just copy+paste this extremely vital supplemental information
my ideal character would be a human with the exact personality and charisma of Maru
who also likes getting into boxers that are smaller than s/he is (wow that’s a good typo. I meant boxes, though)

Characters (hero/villain/whatever) who are (or are trying/struggling to get) clear about what kind of person they are and what they want.
